Bob Tewksbury is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher who played professionally for the New York Yankees, Chicago Cubs, St. Louis Cardinals, Texas Rangers, San Diego Padres, and the Minnesota Twins.

He was also a mental skills coach for the Boston Red Sox and San Francisco Giants, sharing his lessons in his new book “Ninety Percent Mental.”
